Reason, Unreason and Spirituality
I believe that the universe is self explanatory, that it already contains all the magic coordinates of space dimension. The cosmos contains all the forces that give birth to physics, and the human mind is able to attune itself to the inner flux of this electromagnetic energy and thus perceive how it works. There are three major field evidences that exemplify how the power of the Human Mind works. These are: Reason, Unreason and Spirituality.
Reason is the cognitive power of desertion in the mind. Unreason is the feelings and perceptions of the mind that do not fall under the intellectual logical approach of thought. Love is not always logical; neither is intuition, emotions or faith.
A woman goes to a party with her husband, and sees him talking to another woman for half hour, and then she interrupts the conversation and says “You do not love me, because you have ignored me for half an hour”; no amount of reason can appease her. What has just happened? The information rendered by her senses, by passed the cognitive center in the frontal lobe of the brain, and reached the emotional center behind it. The information has not been dissected and categorized by intellect, and she is behaving in an unreasonable manner. Her husband has been married to her for several years, and he has not stopped loving her in the last half hour, but not any amount of reasonable words can knock sense into her. Sometimes people find themselves in swollen moods, without any obvious reason, but these feelings are causing them depression and overindulgence in unreasonable feelings, worthlessness, self pity or fear. No amount of reason can suffice to cheer them up.
Sometimes individuals are happy despite troublesome circumstances, and sometimes, they are sad even though things are going swell. To discover the real conditions of one state of being we have to go deeper than reason and unreason, to the habit patterns of thought established by heredity, repetition and self choice. Our thought becomes our words, our words become our actions, our actions become our habits, and our habits determine our character, which is what shapes our destiny.
Kant exposes that we are not related to history, but we gave the power to chose our own understanding and that our reason comes from Self, that we are emancipated from one another, His theory considers that one’s understanding is freedom and that it should come from the choice of self awareness, and not be subjected to another’s will or cognitience. He states we are not a product of our environment, and that History does not play a role in what we are. Also, he says, that we do not know reality, our even ourselves, but only the notion concept of what we think of ourselves. There is no other reality outside the self concept perception, no reality beyond self. The theory of relativism explains that everything is related, and “what is important, is as important as what is not”. This means: the essential as well as the superficial are both equally important. In other words, the opposite ends of a string are in theory related to one another, intrinsically. One would not exist without the other. Like we would not know what is hot, unless we know what is cold, also what is painful, unless we knew what happiness is. Opposites are part of the same reality and they are relative conditions that give evidence, one of the other, darkness evidences light, black gives evidence to white, evil to good, reason to unreason, and spirituality is evidence to Enlightment!
There is the contingency of asseveration, that reality can be compared to a game, like Chess. The game has different sets of rules, of which you can not follow the secondary rules without having followed the first set of rules. In this sense we can account, the accepted relevance of knowing your subject through different kind of ways, focusing on it through different manners, or sets of rules. We know the subjective causes through our thoughts and our feelings, or through Reason and Unreason. We can also know them through other kind of evidence which is spiritual knowledge, or faith.
Just like the game of chess has three sets of rules, I suggest that analyzing the concepts that form personality, there are also, three different sets of rules. The concepts forming our life expression are manifesting by the Self in three dimensional ways.
Life is a trilogy, in the sense that there is birth, life and death. In the world, all human prospects have a beginning, a middle development, and an end. In such sense I would consider man to have a triune nature. Man has a body, a mind and a soul.
Sometimes you know something you never have learned, but still, you have the obvious conviction that is true; like through an inferred perception. At times, we have remembrances of places where we have never been, or we have premonitions of danger. We cannot explain logically, where the great discoveries of brilliant minds come. People like Einstein with his theory of relativity, made a preposition of how the force of gravity works, and proposed that the medium that transfer gravity is space, that it is rolling in a curved valley-geometrical plane, because of the sun. How can a human mind conceive of things that it has never learned through reason? Or feeling? How can discover new theories and invent new technology?
There are new evidences in the horizon of how electromagnetic waves of though affect the environment. There are two satellites placed in the north and south poles of the earth. The measurements for the electromagnetic waves of the earth are being recorded. Sometime ago it was noticed that the biorhythms of the electromagnetic waves of the earth were totally in havoc, creating deep hollows and crest. When these patters were placed on a calendar biophysics found that these patterns of waves occurred exactly at the same time as September 11, bombs brought down the Twin Towers. The conclusion drawn from these observations are that the earth electromagnetic wave rhythm is deeply affected by the electromagnetic waves of the human mind. The atom has two patterns of energy waves, one is electrical, and the other one is magnetic: it has been proven that if you affect one of these energy auras, you change the matter or the substance of the atom.
There is a deep inner flux of energy supporting the universe, a kind of rubric chord of vibrating string of energy has been postulated by the String theory, these emanations are perceived inside the smaller parts of matter in the nucleus of the atom and they are smaller than electrons or protons or even neutrons. Experiments are being planned in the next five years to prove the existence of other dimensions, as many as 10, which proofs the numbers that depict all universal forces that rule the cosmos. On view of such advancement I do not think is presumptuous to suggest that man is a spiritual being with a super conscious mind capable of deep realizations of universal laws that defy matter, but move in a more subtle real of awareness. This realm is where magic exists, and where forces exposed become miracles violating all physical law.
It is through our soul awareness that we find true consolation, for the unreasonable facts in life. It is in the spirit where we find the solace of strength to accept death, disease and accidents. All injustices in life, like the losing of a young son or a baby, the violations of morality by horrendous crimes, or even death cannot be understood by reason alone. It is in unreason, or in the mysterious that we try to resolve all the issues of problems we do not understand. Secular religion, theosophy or science, as well as philosophy cannot resolve the enigma pondered by Human existence in this planet. Only in the belief of an Omnipotent Power that creates life, can we take refuge and find repose or Consolation to the innerving issues of life on earth. Overpopulation, global warming, the economy, violence war, and lack of resources plague the earth, the solution lays in us. Only peace within can bring peace without. Our mind is a tool, but when it becomes compulsive and bias, it cannot solve problems anymore. The past already took place; we can only face the future by living in the Now.
We must regress to the point of power in the Connection with Sacred Space. The only point of Power we have available to us is the present. Only in the present can we become totally alive and aware to change for the best. I believe, deeply in the presence of a Power bigger than ourselves that is an Ocean or Universal Flux of Cosmic Intelligence Awareness that permeates everything living minute matter of space, both in the Micro and Macrocosms. The energy awareness in Matter is an intelligent life force. We have within our own body the capability to become everything we can envision ourselves to become. We are endowed with tremendous courage, awareness and creativity, we truly are, have been and will be forever One with the Light, One with the Divine, One with Sacred Space, One with Love. Our body is a Temple Altar!
