Dreams

I have been having some really crazy dreams lately and it seems as i study the course workbook he dreams come. I did the workbook on the split mind and that night i kept hearing someone saying " You are not a child of God and You are not God's holy son. I would wake up hugging myself saying yes I am- I am God's holy Child. Well any way i thought it might bring some thoughts from others. Regina, has been helping me so much. God Bless her. Dear Jeaneen, the one you heard its the devil himself...I had this dream 25 years ago...going to the priest , he told me , ONLY WHEN YOU ARE WEAK, the black one HAS POWER OVER YOU... it was true, as those days I was a big sinner, making love with all the wimen I wanted to, and so my faith in God disapeard...so I started a new life, confessing, then , going to church, and praying everyday 20-30 minutes, and I tell you , the devil came again , not to loose me, but I was already strong , and I was fighting with him for my life, as swimming , in the Black Sea, began a storm with so much power , that no one could save me from the guard, but the ANGEL, I received the moment I confessed my self, beeing , pure again...I can tell you more, dear...please pray everyday , and have big faith in GOD...BE BLESSED

Jeaneen - Not sure what the workbook is that you are following but it seems like you might be dislodging some past beliefs - they could be surfacing to be re-examined and filed correctly or discarded. You did good - stay strong to your spiritual nature and discard limiting beliefs.
I also support the comments by Gablatsai and Pavel. There are many paths to The Truth - follow that which brings you the most comfort - not the easiest, but the one that brings you the most comfort in the long run.

Brother Grimsley, the Course in Miracles is amazing and very difficult - at least for me- even though it is very simple. I am thankful that Jesus is helping me through it and the Holy Spirit is with me always, especially during dreams. Now, having dreams of struggling with someone or something. Yes Janeen, dreams can be quite confusing and frightening at times. It would be wonderful to know exactly if the dreams are of the ego or of our spirit guides - and then what some things might mean would be helpful if we knew. Perhaps not knowing and just trusting is our lesson.

Brother Grimsley, I had another dream telling me that the Holy Spirit is the one the scares me. I answered no! The Holy Spirit takes care of me. I am awakening from these dreams feeling less fearful than before, so that is good. I Love you! Love and Blessings, Jeaneen
