BG: the greatest mistake is training volume. As an example, yesterday, I saw 2 young men about 150#is each, training arms. Only so happens I had been training arms also. Difference was that I was accomplished in 2 workouts (1 for arms, 1 for arms and brachioradialus), and so they were doing in upwards of three or four exercises at 3 or 4 sets each. I did so a total of 6 'functioning' units after my warmups. Those two probably lost count as to how many sets they had done.
