More about me
I am a democratic socialist political writer, the director of a publishing house, and editor-in-chief of a leading progressive magazine dealing with political, social and cultural issues on the territory of South East and Central Europe (where I'm originally from). Currently doing my PhD in Sociology at the University of Cambridge, but situated in London. I am a member of the Peace Pledge Union's Council.
I'm a vegan - vegetarian and promote animal rights in my magazine as well. I am also polyamorous, because I find it a freer and more compassionate way to live. Love is an infinite resource.
My interests include philosophy (especially existentialist philosophy, on which I have myself written), literature, the arts, music (eclectic - from Bach and Britten to System of a Down), adventure and exploration, mental and physical travel...
I prefer the company of people who are kind, passionate, compassionate, caring, forgiving, strongly believe in non-violence of the brave and social justice, who are curious, thoughtful and idealistic. Being subversive, beatnik / bohemian isn't bad either :o) People who cannot stand the structural violence and mental poverty in this world...
I am going to start a major new progressive magazine dealing with peace and social justice in English at some point in the not-too-distant future. I would love to meet people with similar interests and ideals, so don't hesitate to get in touch! :o)
