Observatorio para los derechos humanos y la paz en Euskadi: Propuestas para una nueva etapa

Recientemente he dado mi opinión a Lokarri (Organización social por la paz y la convivencia) sobre su iniciativa para la creación y desarrollo de un Observatorio para la paz en Euskadi, en la wiki que han abierto para la reflexión sobre su proyecto (http://lokarri.wikispaces.com/Qu%C3%A9+es+Lokarri)

Quiero ir más allá en esta entrada y proponer lo que sería mi deseo para esta nueva etapa en nuestro país.
