When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I'm just a peaceful person

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: War, Hunger, Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence, Human Rights

More: in my opinion intolerance and hatred are roots of some of the evils affecting our world. Social injustice is also an issue in Brazil. The ones in power fail to see the needs of others and what you see is that the ones in power grow richer and richer the poor get poorer and poorer ( of course their lives sometimes improve a little, but the question is how sustainable is such improvement).

More about me: I would say I am a peaceful who is sometimes really bothered at the problems caused by social injustice and violence around the world. I live in quite peaceful country, in a not so violent city and in a peaceful neighborhood. Nonetheless, I am aware of the fact that there is a lot to be done to improve the lives of other people. One of my resolutions for the next year is to join an NGO and try to make a difference, to get out of my comfort zone and do something for those in need.
