- The greatest obstacle to peace is the grip large amounts of people have on old, outdated systems. We are born into old systems, and new ideas and change, but there is only a certain amount of time until one generation gives way to the ideas and innovation of the new. Life's pace is incredibly challenging to master especially since historic changes in each era pose as an obstacle to growth and community. By old systems I mean hatred as a way to master one's community therefore creating the success of that demographic or family, old ways in the government systems that were 'slippery' and didn't serve or protect the people and people's ability to wage combat and war in place of intelligent, innovative design with domestic, national and international affairs.

- After eleven years in New York working in the entertainment industry I began researching healing and wellness. Chi Kung Kundalini breath work, Voice Dialogue work, self and relationship exploration, movement and body language, exploration of the four elements (and even a Midwife lecture for good measure). The most impacting was Reiki Healing and Shamanic Healing in the Q-ero tribal tradition.
I am so excited to announce my production team officially launched our fundraiser campaign for a short film I wrote, Amani. Amani is an original short film I wrote inspired by an article I posted on CNN’s iReport entitled Child Soldiers In America. In my film, and in life, tears actually mean courage, clarity and truth rather than defeat, confusion and secrets. We are strong enough as a people to cry together and laugh together, that is the power of film and I can’t wait to share that with all of the supporters of Amani.

It all starts with the children. I write about that in ”The Child Within All these children that are neglected or abused become our ” Barefoot Children” Some survive against all odds. That’s our ”Dandelion Children”
Many have to deal with this their inner child as grown ups since that is our ”Sauce of Peace” and the neglected child need its redress to be able to give and share.
Some devote their life to ”The reconnaissance for a God” while others do believe so strongly so they are willing to commit ”War and Violence in the name of God”
What do we think about all these issues? Which are our OWN thoughts without quotes, That can be told In ”You are the Source” since your thoughts are as valuable as someone else’s.
So much around us and inside us is sad so ”We cannot always Shine” that is OK. Admitting our sorrow and grief is the first step to healing and peace.
We can also find ourselves through ”Sagas, Dreams and Myths” within witch so much human wisdom is hidden.
We can close our eyes and just remember through all the music our heart and soul has saved, and we can share it with others in ”Unforgettable Music”
We can travel to get inspiration and understanding for our different cultures. Why not go to ”Sweden starting in Lapland” You will find my roots there involved in the midnight sun and the northern light *smile*
