When it comes to peace, how would you describe yourself?: I feel the pain in the world

What do you believe are the 'burning issues' today?: Poverty, Education, Our Planet, Violence

More: People have become so greedy that even in western cultures there are people living in abject poverty - there is no need for it anywhere! People don't need billions of dollars, and no-one should be living wihout at least the basic needs of food, shelter, warmth (Maslow's list of human basic needs...) in this day and age.

More about me: I'm a single mother of two autistic children - we live in a so called civilised country, and yet live in poverty - often with no home and no food - yet we are wealthy beyond measure compared to the milllions that are starving, without shelter and dying due to the greed driven culture that is the so-called Western civilisation (Ha!).
