We just had a big snow storm a week and half ago but since then, it has all melted and then some. Hey I am 15 minutes or more late quite often but my boss understands that I don't have a vehicle and the transit system is not the greatest here. My boss also tells me that he would not fire me for being just a little late because he says that I do a great job in my area and it is hard to find good workers to do what I do although I hate to brag about myself like that :)

Don't feel bad about the snow! We here in Sudbury, Ontario Canada have a ton of snow too. I am starting to hate it now :(
