I believe Inner peace is essential for world peace and that is possible through meditation and really getting to know ourselves, our reactions, and learning how to choose a different way to be with ourselves, each other, and the planet.

More about me

I am a peace advocate, daily meditator, and I have learned, healed, and grown a lot in the spiritual community I live in. I am learning how to grow closer to God/my true nature from teachers who know God and know how to love people. I feel really blessed and grateful for these gifts.
