More about me: My project is called Mission Around The World and aims to help small projects worldwide that do not have the resources to attract necessary funding and equipment. Desperately needed at the moment are funds and equipment for schools and orphanages in Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Romania, Uganda, Costa Rica, Cambodia, Cameroon, South Africa, Kenya and India.
The longterm aim is to create a global network that our kids can use to travel and help, with all 100% of donations going direct to the projects and bypassing corruption and theft.
A few people have messaged me over the last month asking what my motivation has been to set this up, and the reasons I am so passionate about helping people who have less than us. In January 2006 I fell into a coma, followed by 9 months of hospital treatment including being on kidney dialysis . Having now made a full recovery physically, there are times when the mental scars of such an experience make me both value and contemplate the fragility of life.
Mission Around the World has been something that I always wanted to set up, but like so many, I was totally absorbed by my need to make money and gain status within society. Last year really put everything into perspective, and hence why I finally took the step and, with the help of friends, set the project up. I've been incredibly moved by the fact that there are so many people out there who share my vision and passion for change, and this is what drives me on to take on more causes and make the world a better place.

This is awesome, I am being discriminated against in Canada, however, need to get Amnesty head office involved so that they can get Canada Amnesty to act on my behalf. I would love to talk to you, but when you have been dibilitated from living a normal life and are subjected to cruit and degrading treatment by government it leaves me with limited money to call, if you are in a position to contact me it would be great.. Could you let me know.
