No bison wandering our golf courses, but there are many deer, pronghorn antelope and wild turkey who cater to the fairway grass.
Some years back I reached a somewhat different conclusion than yours re: scripture's teaching. Rather than peace coming through the work of people to accept Jesus, I came to believe that it was achieved through the Divine act of God accepting/reconciling people - all people - to God's self, as made evident in Jesus. The fact that we're both here indicates that we can and likely will be at peace with each other despite this difference, eh? Long as you don't bring any gators up our way, otherwise I'll have to reciprocate with a grizzly. :-)
Thanks for the cold welcome! It is in fact snowing here as I write, but just yesterday it was 50 and a partner and I snuck in nine holes of golf (we try to play at least once every month, and yesterday seemed like a safe way to fill the December card).
