It is necessary to be concentrate in a pure and positive goal to live in a pacific world. The meditation only does possible this when we understand who we are really and that potential it has our mind.

More about me: I practice of the meditation for 20 years, and daily I discover ¨the magic¨ that exists in the connection with my own potential, that is to say the divinity, in my self, this only obtained when I understand who I am, and what is my relation with God
