So what is it?: i hope poor people are bettered and rich people make it happen

More: well it seems with all the technology, wealth and intelligence man has he could be doing a lot better building up in the sky than he is~~~i feel our lives are in the hands of fools :o

HAARP is not the only one, which is the problem

people talk about these ionospheric heaters as if they were ALL HAARP

because of the H. A. A. R. P. hype...there are several,

H. A. A. R. P. appears to have been the FIRST one, as if they were testing

to make sure they knew how to use Tesla's stolen ideas. Disgusting!
