natural remedies without drugs....

Posted on November 23, 2009 at 11:45am 0 Comments

Here is a great site with wholesome suggestions...here is a good one for breast cancer tumors. My friend was cured with this and change of diet. http://www.natural-cancer-cures.com/remedies-for-cancer.html

It takes a while to starve off cancer cells. To speed up recovery, Herman Aihara recommends drawing out toxins and tomours using a taro potato plaster.

Another blog about climate change...a serious issue regarding peace

Posted on July 7, 2009 at 4:15am 1 Comment

I have just read a report stating that Canada, Russia and Japan are the bad boys in the climate issue . Being Canadian and living in Japan I feel sad and distraught that both these nations don't follow the EU and America's effort in reducing carbon emmisions. The result of the temperature rising 2 degrees will be catastrophic, not fo directly for North America but for the poorest nations of Africa and Asia. So all of us with computors, lights, cars living in the affluence how are we going to… Continue

Wheel of Life - Bhavacakra (Sanskrit) Sidpa Khorlo (Tibetan)

An illustrative metaphor which depicts the cycle of unenlightened existence of an individual through the six realms:including the heavens, titan realms, human realms, animal realms, pretan (hungry ghosts) realms, and hells of endless egocentric suffering/cyclic existence and the twelve links of dependent origination. The Wheel of Life is symbolic as it is believed to be the only image that the Buddha ever created himself, since he did not write down any of his teachings, he drew the Wheel of Life in the sand while explaining the evolutionary process.
In the inner most circle of the wheel, a cock, a pig and a snake spin round and round, symbolizing desire, delusion and hatred, the three primary poisons that drive the unenlightened cycle of life. The intermediate circle is divided into six parts each representing the six realms of existence in samsara; and the perimeter is divided into twelve sections each containing images which illustrate one of the twelve links. The image is depicted as being ensnared by the jaws of Yam, Lord of Death, thus symbolizing the truth of our being at the mercy of dis-satisfaction, frustration and suffering for as long as we remain within a karmically conditioned existence.

Sanskrit: Avalokiteshvara
Tibetan: Chen-ri-zig

An embodiment of the compassion of all the buddhas (the fully enlightened mind), as visualized in the form of a meditational deity. He is known the 'Buddha of Compassion'. He usually appears as white in color with four arms. His first two hands are pressed together at his heart, symbolizing his respect for his Spiritual Guide, Buddha Amitabha, who is on his crown.

His first two hands hold a jewel, which symbolizes his own enlightenment. This mudra is indicating 'I attained jewel-like great enlightenment through receiving blessings from my Spiritual Guide Amitabha'.

His second left hand holds a white lotus flower. A lotus grows in the mud at the bottom of a lake, but its flowers bloom on the surface of the water, completely free from the stains of mud. By holding a lotus flower Avalokiteshvara is showing that because he attained enlightenment he is free from all obstacles, and has a completely pure body, speech and mind. His second right hand holds a crystal mala, symbolizing that he can free all living beings from samsara and lead them to liberation.

Avalokiteshvara is considered to be the patron deity of Tibet and His Holiness the Dalai Lama is considered to be the primary earthly manifestation of the Chen-ri-zig.

The sacred mantra of Avalokiteshvara is the famous six-syllable mantra of Tibet- OM MANI PAD-ME HUM.

Maryse,
Thank you for your beautiful picture and interestingly we have similar rushes here too! Well this year we had 'gota frias' which literally means a "cold-drop". It's an expression for the weather that brings torrential rain! So perhaps not!
Blessings Maryse,
Graham.

Maryse, Hi,

I have just been reading your 'profie' and lifestyle. The way forward for the world is to do exactly what you and I are doing. My life is different but I choose simple, with as few 'things' as possible. Live in one rented room, paint pictures from a cave, and write books with Jesus! I am Joyous and fulfilled!!!
Peace, Love and Joy to You Maryse,
Blessings, Graham.

I think you are misguided by the propoganda that EU and America (USA) are are the good boys where climate issue is concerned. They are the worst damagers and Are making the others scape goats because they do not want to impose any restriction on themselves and want the world over to save them. Japan is helpless and so is the world because the Big Brother may behave badly by throwing boms if the others don´t listen! -Sent a request for friendship.
