More about me: Earth, air, water, fire. The four directions, above, below and within. The environment, buddhism, peace, women's issues, great food, the wisp of a cool breeze on a hot humid day in Georgia, the smell of fresh ground and brewed coffee only bested by the first sip, the sound of geese migrating in the spring and fall resting on the pond at my back door, another day to see first light, my cats, meditation, flan, smiling...and you!
