Getting together in the spirit of
BIG HUG
UNITED WE STAND
United love power. A human chain, hand in hand across planet Earth, we’ll manifest and Co-create the world of our dreams on May 1st, 2012.
It is important, that we all come together as ONE and (net) work together to brainstorm ideas to get our message to the world.
To get this vision of unity to as many souls as possible.

Hillary Clinton has for the first time spoke the truth when she stated that the United States has played a role in creation of terrorism in Pakistan. Her confession before Congress committee is a clear indication that now the US wants to clear the mess in Pakistan. Though the US has played a role in creation of terrorists, but now she does not how to clear the mess in Pakistan. Some 4000 people have been killed only in Bajaur Agency during last seven months and the fighting is still going in…

like a game of cat and mouse
none the stronger
both hungry for blood at any cost
understanding through deaf ears
communication ruptured
pleas to desist and allow for a breath
time for licking the wounds
put the victims to rest with the tears of the survivors
open the rebuilding of homes and lives
discover the words that close the tear
bury the contest and begin to share
For the suffering in the war with…

How can I describe the feeling of standing on a street in silence with hundreds of “strangers” at attention listening to the 2 minutes of sirens blaring throughout the city. All cars and buses emptied as the pedestrians stand along side them contemplating those dreadful events.
I was overwhelmed by the solidarity of the moment. Then, like magic, as with the parting of the sea, it closes a chapter on the unimaginable hatred and everyone goes back to LIVING their lives as individuals…

On the face of it, it may be possible to make a reasonable case for Iran’s right to develop nuclear weapons. After all, Iran is an independent nation, and as such, should have the right to self-determination. If Iran perceives a threat from its enemy, Israel for example, which does possess nuclear weapons; shouldn’t she have the right to counter that threat with a nuclear arsenal of her own? Why should Israel be singled out as the one state in the Middle East that is allowed to have a nuclear…

I Think they Lied
I was brought up
to think warriors
were valiant
their deeds
were filled with
courage and
bravery;
instead what I see
is misery
and pain
hospital beds
or rows of graves,
a vanquished
slavery.
I was brought up
to respect fighters
in stories
who gave
up their lives
as a willing
sacrifice;
but instead I find
that they were
just…

James Weisbeck donated this image of an old cabin. I love this photo it's totally cool. I put the copyright in his name of the front of the image and put a little tid bit basically saying that James donated the image to Art4TH and all profits go to help homeless shelters in the US!
One card costs $2.76 and right now Zazzle.com has a huge promo going: If you buy $55 or more, you will receive a $10 Gift Card which is pretty sweet! All profits made will go to help homeless shelters in…

This is a report from a bi-racial South African woman who assisted me in May 2004 when I conducted a series of script development workshops in Johannesburg to improve the screenplay of SKIN. She now lives in Washington DC and attended last week's packed screenings at Filmfest DC. I asked her to do a Q&A on my behalf, as I was unable to attend. There seems to have been quite a large South African contingent at the screening!
I thought you might be interested in the audience…

Somebody To Love
Friends, they may come and go,
But true friend's always stay
Always wanting the best for you,
Every second of every day.
They say true friend's are rare,
You can count them on one hand,
But I'm a very lucky man,
I have the best friend's in the land.
Today's a very special day,
I've joined peace and…

Penkyi, 21, was sentenced to death Five Tibetans have been sentenced to death for their alleged role in starting fatal fires in Lhasa during the protests which swept across Tibet in March 2008.
Lobsang Gyatsen, Loyak, Tenzin Phuntsog, Gangtsu and 21-year-old Penkyi (right) all face the death sentence. Free Tibet opposes the use of death penalties in all circumstances. Free Tibet is extremely concerned that the evidence against them is unsound, that legal safeguards were not met and…

One SONG can spark a moment
One FLOWER can wake the dream
One TREE can start a forest
One BIRD can herald spring
One SMILE begins a friendship
One HANDCLASP lifts a soul
One STAR can guide a ship at sea
One WORD can frame the goal
One VOTE can change a nation
One SUNBEAM lights a room
One CANDLE wipes out darkness
One LAUGH will conquer gloom
One STEP must start each journey
