Do any others have issue with the pressure put on people by commercial interests at this time of year. Why is it that in this multi-cultural planet with corresponding beliefs that the Christian 'christmas' is still forced on us? I have put this article in as I feel that if we as humans had better understanding of illnesses such as anxiety there would be less anger. I suffer quite severely from this illness - gentle soul having violence thrust on them. I now have massive attacks at the though of leaving home even to go to the closest town 40km away; I can however go into the village on my own now.
