Always making sure to include his middle name, Hussein, many Christian churches across the country preached against voting for Obama yesterday.

The organizing group, The Alliance Defense Fund, is trying to overturn the separation of church and state that was set up in the Johnson Amendment. The Johnson Amendment rescinds tax-exempt status for any church that endorses a political candidate from the pulpit during sermons.

The Alliance Defense Fund actually sent videos of the sermons to the IRS to dare them to revoke the tax-exempt status of the churches involved.

I'll be writing a petition to the IRS and the Federal Election Commission as soon as I can, but in the interim you can write to them and ask them to enforce their laws and revoke the tax-exempt status for these churches....

It will only add to the religious tensions in the world if the United States becomes another religious state.
