FOCUS ON FRIENDSHIPS AND LOVE

Spend some quality time with those that you love being with. Focus on the love that you feel when you just be with that person, or doing something that brings you absolute joy. Walk in the sunshine along a shoreline with your dog. Play with your kitty cat. Feel the love and the joy that being with one you love brings into your life. And hold those thoughts whenever you feel sad or lonely. Remember the feelings and joy of just being. All the rest is just stuff along the way. Focus on Love, this will help heal all things.
