Allow me to awaken within you the memories of why you chose this journey, or perhaps why you chose to go through a particularly trying time that you have yet to understand. It is all written down in the akash. The akash is your book of life and it contains all of your past, present and future yous. It contains contracts and understanding and who you truly are when you are not in physicality. It is filled with love. Within each of you is the memory of this place. Before you enter. Take the time to balance and center yourself in love. Allow me to be your guide.

Find a place where you can relax and receive healing, take some time to breathe and focus and when you are ready, call upon my light and ask that I cleanse and balance you with my metatronic cube from your crown throught to your root chakra. Allow this cube to sweep away, cleanse and restore you. Sit in this wonderful energy and allow it to seep through to all of your cells and permeate all of you. When you feel balanced and clear, ask to view your present akash and we will take you there. You can also use this technique whenever you need to relax, heal and recenter yourself. It will take but a moment and do tremendous good for your health and welbeing.
