Find the rhythms

Each person, project and thing has its own rhythm. A humans rhythm fluctuates throughout the day, depending upon what they are doing and feeling. When you are in rhythm with your thoughts and feelings and what you are doing, it feels like the energy of home and you love to be in that vibration.

Your angel guidance is to seek out the rhythm of your day. Take a moment and quiet your mind, and open your heart. Feel your natural rhythm, feel the rhythm of the earth and blend them together. Ask to feel the rhythm of your day ahead and consciously plan that you will be a vibrational match to it. If you are feeling out of rhythm, take a moment and find your space once again. 

Understanding the energy of your plans, projects and your life helps you find balance, harmony and joy in what you are doing.  It makes things happen more quickly and frees up your time and energy to pursue your passions.
