PROYECTO: "ESPIRAL VIRTUOSA: CASA ECOLÓGICA AUTOSUFICIENTE PARA DAMNIFICADOS, REFUGIADOS Y MARGINADOS SOCIALES, EN LOS MEDIOS RURAL, PERIURBANO Y URBANO."

OBJETO SOCIAL: Atender, de manera Holística-Integral, la Demanda de Casa-Habitación, con todas las consideraciones de integralidad para una Vivienda Digna y Decorosa, acondicionada para proporcionar al máximo un Auténtico Bienestar, Alegría y Felicidad a sus Habitantes, Damnificados, Refugiados o Marginados Sociales por depauperización; proporcionándoles, en interacción creativa, participativa y lúdica, Autosuficiencia Hídrica y Energética, Autosuficiencia Alimentaria, y Autosuficiencia Espiritual.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PROYECTO:

La Originalidad del Proyecto, "ESPIRAL VIRTUOSA: CASA ECOLÓGICA AUTOSUFICIENTE PARA DAMNIFICADOS, REFUGIADOS Y MARGINADOS SOCIALES", radica en que es una propuesta integral, que puede ser aplicada individual o colectivamente, de una manera ágil, sencilla y armónica, de tal manera que se alcance una Sincronía Total con la Madre Naturaleza, ya sea de manera grupal, o en forma individual.

Es una Propuesta que da una vuelta radical a los paradigmas actuales con los que se han encarado estas situaciones, pues resuelve, en muy corto plazo, la terrible dependencia en el aprovisionamiento de agua, alimentos, combustibles y otros insumos; de tal manera que su puesta en práctica no sólo liberará para otros fines necesarios a la sociedad, los recursos destinados para este fin; sino que en muy corto plazo, los convertirá en Seres Humanos plenamente sanos y productivos; y lo mejor: Autosuficientes en Agua, Energía y Alimentos, lo que impulsará su propia Elevación Espiritual, al aumentar su auto-estima.

Mi Propuesta está basada en que:

Existen ya, y están a la mano, por auto-construcción, o comercialmente, o mediante fácil producción artesanal, los Dispositivos de Innovación Eco-Tecnológica, debidamente probados y experimentados, en términos científicos y tecnológicos, que Sustentan los diferentes Módulos aquí planteados.
Esta Propuesta se traducirá no sólo en una fuente de importantes y crecientes ahorros al gasto público destinado a este rubro, sino que su dinámica, constituirá un Ejemplo Creciente y Expansivo, de Otra, muy Otra manera de Vivir, que se irá Extendiendo hacia nuestro Futuro.

COMPONENTES DEL PROYECTO:

La Casa Ecológica Autosuficiente: Espiral Virtuosa, será absolútamente térmica. Su Diseño Arquitectónico Exaédrico, derivado de la Geometría Sagrada, ocupará de 45 á 60 m2, en un terreno de 100-120 m2. Se considerarán las Leylines y otros criterios de georeferencia para su ubicación in situ.
Los Muros Exteriores e Interiores, el Techo y el Piso de la Casa, estarán constituidos en la mayor parte de su volumen-masa, de llantas grandes de desecho, de autobús, camión o trailer, que serán fijados a una cadena de cimentación pre-construida, y apiladas una sobre otra, hasta alcanzar la altura requerida. En el interior de las llantas se pondrá fibra dura y seca, como la de coco, tratada contra insectos, hongos y otros parásitos. Las llantas serán recubiertas por tela de alambre, y sobre la tela, se aplicará una capa de mezcla de cemento, cal, arena y agua, o de MasaRoca y Agua. El Techo y el Piso se solucionarán de la misma forma, pero con láminas de caucho, sacadas de llantas de desecho, del piso y laterales. El Mobiliario será auto-construido, con tablas sacadas de envases de tetrapack, mezclado con fibras y aditamentos, mediante prensas de calor.
MÓDULO DE AUTOSUFICIENCIA, COSECHA, PURIFICACIÓN Y SANACIÓN DEL AGUA.
El Diseño Exagonal de la Casa Ecológica Autosuficiente está especialmente dirigido a dotarla de una absoluta eficiencia en la indispensable función de Cosechar Abundante Agua de Lluvia, y de la Atmósfera, ahí donde no caiga lluvia con frecuencia, como en condiciones de sequía, o en el desierto. Cada Diseño de Cosecha de Agua, individual y/o colectivo, debe ser considerado en función a las especificidades eco-sistémicas del Asentamiento Humano en el que se aplique. Pero algo debo dejar muy claro: Existe un apreciable número de ecotecnias de bajo costo, para Cosechar Agua en suficiencia para el abasto de los Asentamientos.

La Casa Ecológica Autosuficiente incorporará, de manera totalmente integrada, un Sistema de Purificación y Sanación del Agua, combinando dos Eco-Tecnias: La Purificación mediante semilla de Moringa Olifeira pulverizada, y la distribución general del Agua, mediante el Sistema Vórtex, aplicado a todos los puntos de conducción. De esta manera, se garantizará un Agua Viva, totalmente Saludable, y hasta Curativa, si se sigue con Dieta Alcalina.

La Casa Ecológica AutoSuficiente, incorporará, también, un sistema totalmente integrado para la Disposición y Purificación de Aguas Grises, mediante diversas Eco-Tecnias, específicamente diseñadas para el EcoSistema del Asentamiento.

This Proposal will not only be translated in a source of important and growing savings to the public expense dedicated to this item, but rather its dynamics, will constitute a Growing and Expansible Example, of Other, very Another way to Live that will go Extending toward our Future.
This way, this Proposal is Constituted in a Permanent and Progressive Solution, for Damaged, Refugees and marginal big groups in extreme poverty.

COMPONENTS OF THE PROJECT:

The Ecological Self-sufficient House: Virtuous hairspring, will be thermal absolútamente.
