THE FIRST ANNUAL CLEAR CREEK FESTIVAL FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM

September 8^th through September 11^th, 2011

The Festival will be broadcast on Peace Day TV, the United Nations “Peace Day” site, and with numerous other collaborators allowing the event to reach a combined viewing audience of 200 million.

The RockPile Amphitheatre is located on State Road 99 and Clear Creek, just a few miles southeast of Winslow, Arizona. Our goal is to work with the Clear Creek Association for the Arts, Inc. (a not for profit organization) to create an inclusive center for the arts. Here not only will we be able to offer entertainment via the performing arts, but show the art of our region to the world.

The City of Winslow was one of the few places to receive beams from the Twin Towers, and, with the help of local organizations, is moving them in the creation of a new memorial garden. We hope to highlight some of the dedication of the new garden in our broadcast.

At this time the dates are subject to expansion. This festival is expanding at a phenomenal rate. Let us all raise our voices for peace and freedom. Let us stand tall for unity.
