yeah I don't think he said this kind of goes back to high-protein diets he I had yeah it's being linked to cancer I were up I used to eat a tremendously high protein I think is probably like through some days I had over 500 grams protein when I was garcinia wow younger and Andes the I was really into lifting and can eating six meals a day so what I do now is a lot more fat and I E two meals away and died last May I had was 12 hours ago I'm not hungry at all I have a lot of energy you know it and I never thought that was possible but it's possible because I'm giving my body a lot of fat for fuel and what I found is that you know if I continue to go to the gym and train my strength is retained and my own body mass is retained and this really blows my mind and I did it it's been more the progressive thing I think garcinia wow I went from Mike six meals day to Lake foreign in the under three nm you know last year to have been take two meals away so I'd been able to if I if I continue training a guy can maintain my level of strength and I would have never guessed that and what their has taught me is that I was eating way too much protein unnecessarily now if I wanted to really increase my strength an increase my size would definitely need to add probably a third meal in there somewhere just pump up my calories overall but I and but I believe that you know protein words I have to Canada admit their protein is overrated and i was just for years old time here when you eat as much protein as possible to gain muscle again and I have to Ion you know take that back in just say I was wrong and I a prelude about a third of the protein that at least saltwater typical
