Day 3

Meditation with Divine Mother calling forth Goddess Durga

Take a deep breath and visualize that Goddesses Lakshmi and Saraswati are standing beside you and Divine Mother.

Divine Mother invites Goddess Durga, the Destroyer of Karma to come forth. She stands in the position of 2 on the clock in front of you. She is emanating a Maroon Red Light and is bedecked in deep Dark Maroon Red flowing robes. The Dark Maroon color is the glue which holds the Red Life Force to the body. She also wears a tiara of rubies and garnets.

Goddess Durga stands with her totem animal, the Lion, the symbol of empowerment.

In her hand she holds the discus, the symbol for destroying karma. When she throws it, it moves around you cutting through the dross and the pain and the karma and releases the karmic cords which are attached to you from many past lifetimes, the cords which cause delay and distraction.

Visualize Goddess Durga throwing the discus and that it spins around you through all of your energy bodies, cutting all the cords. Stay with this visualization until you are complete.

The Three Goddesses form a Triangle Formation around You and Divine Mother

Visualize that Goddess Lakshmi takes a position around the large circle at the position of north. Goddess Saraswati stands in the position of southeast and Goddess Durga stands in the position of southwest. They each stand with their totem animals and send you their Light. Keep this visualization with Divine Mother by your side.

Listen to the Khadga Mala prayers to help release all that comes to the surface. Remember, the Fire Ceremonies of Navaratri are to burn away the dross and release what no longer serves you. Set out your intensions and listen to the Khadga Mala whenever possible.
