'The Fosters'' Maia Mitchell Talks About Callie's Future
Maia Mitchell who plays the loveable but complex Callie on "The Fosters" recently did an interview with StyleCaster where she talked about her character's future on the show. She told them:
"You're going to see her really trying to piece her life together. I think she's trying to figure out whether she wants to embrace this new family she's found out she has, and what that means for her past. She's trying to move forward to be a part of the Fosters and to be able to kind of function as an adult and she's beginning to feel like maybe she needs to understand all of the elements of her past.
And maybe she does need to open some doors that she's potentially weary to open and could bring out some stuff from the past that she's really going to have to work through."
As for what is happening for the rest of the cast, according to Carter Matt, Callie will make a visit to Girls United to help out on Community Day where she will find out that the neighbors are going to put pressure on the landlord to make the girls leave as a new resident has some secrets. Apparently the entire group's safety is put into jeopardy.
Stef is also supposed to receive a letter from Ana but we are not sure what it will say.
Mariana and Hayley are also going to have a dinner date with Mat and Jesus, which is not supposed to go very well. "When Mariana joins the dance team she's influenced by all these girls," Caitlin Carver, who plays Hayley, told Zap 2 It. "It's a different atmosphere than what Mariana is used to. You'll get to see Mariana have to deal with some interesting situations."
On the episode airing on July 28 Callie will also try to bring Jude into her new life with the Quinn family, as he has been struggling.
