I will abandon all grasping, yearning and attachment

I will abandon all grasping, yearning and attachment,
and send my consciousness into the space of newborn awareness;
In so doing I will have greater life. In this place is the rebirth of will.
When I am liberated from my separate self,
I am no longer involved in the measurement of life,
but in the living of it. My prayers are without distraction.
My whole silence is full of prayer. My whole life becomes a prayer.
At the center of the universe is a loving heart that beats in harmony
with all and that wants the best for me.
