Popular make-up artist and vlogger Chloe Morello proved that she can keep up with Kendall Jenner when she recreated the supermodel’s look in a YouTube video this week.
Miss Morello, who has over one million subscribers on her YouTube channel, recreated the red-carpet look Kendall wore to the 2015 amfAR New York Gala.
But there was no 'glam squad' in site as the talented make-up artist used a bold red lip and wet-look hair to channel her inner Jenner.
To create the look, Sydney-based Miss Morello used Kendall’s own matte lipstick shade, Restless, released through Estee Lauder.
‘I google imaged photos of her wearing it from the launch party and I loved the make-up,’ Miss Morello said in the video.
‘Her face is so beautiful, the look is based around that.’
Miss Morello starts the video fresh faced, before applying a heavy layer of foundation.
With the base done, she paid particular attention to the shape of the eyebrows.
‘I feel like she has less arch in her eyebrows,’ Miss Morello said.
‘I’ll try to mimic that and elongate them a little.’
But the detail was in the matte lipstick, which Miss Morello applied using an angled liner brush after carefully lining her lips.
The finished the look by slicking her hair back off her face, adding volume to the top.
As well as appearing on the family’s show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, Kendall has a successful modelling career which includes shoots with Teen Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar.
She is a regular on the runway, and has walked the Chanel show in Paris Fashion Week and autumn/winter 2015 Fashion Weeks in New York.
This is not first time Miss Morello has channelled her inner Kardashian, having recreated Kylie Jenner’s ‘huge lips and lashes’ look and Kim Kardashian’s signature smokey eye.
Miss Morello started her YouTube channel in 2012, where she posts make-up tutorials and product reviews.
She has nearly 450,000 followers on Instagram, more than 1.3 million likes on her Facebook page and more than 58,000 followers on Twitter.
