Nothing exists without its opposite.

Only those who experienced darkness can fully appreciate the light.

Day would not exist without night, joy only as a concept in opposition to grief, Love is also defined on the basis of its opposite, hatred. Happiness would not exist if not as many people lived as unfortunate.

To just mention a few… Everything we value in life has its price and its back in its opposite from what the positive come to be called. Maybe something to remember.

I like many others love the colours of life, but I’m well aware that the colours of everyday life for a large number of people are limited to gray and black. The white light isn’t capable to penetrate the impenetrable darkness

What I'm trying to say? Yes how can we help all those who cannot see the light and therefore have no colours either in their lives? Only telling them that colours, light and love do exist cannot be enough.

How did you all overcome your dark ”shadows” and how did you find this overwhelming light with its beautiful colours? Is a strong believe in God a requirement?

I really wish that we could talk a bit more about ”the way” and the ”means” How to advance from ”grey to violet ” It is not always the goal but the path that is important I wish that we could share THOSE experiences with each other. So all those who went wrong in their own darkness got necessary light.

So Please; Tell us ”your way” to light, colors and love

The universe, earth and Life was created by, and sustained by, the Truth of Reality.
Life still exists on earth, because Living Things feed Life and defend Life from all attackers.
Invisible national borders now defend various nations and various religions from both the conflicting Truth and also the various conflicting beliefs of other inventions of mankind, that threaten to invade to ''save'' creation for the ''god and country'' that followers of mere words worship more than Life and Truth.
It is remarkable, and inspires Hope, that Life has endured this battle between Truth and Lies for so long.
That which we percieve to be truth to another will be falacy. Boundaries whilst essential in combatting anarchy invite limitations and judgement. Tollerance becomes eroded by their inflexability which in turn breeds biggotary, prejudice and injustice. Hope and inspiration build faith - no matter what its foundation and in turn builds bridges across denial, that spark off seeds of growth, harmony and acceptance of mankind. People perish in todays society because of ignorance, a lack of knowlege and thus understanding all ushered in on the wings of borders defined in materials that cannot be destroyed, or overcome estabilishing its rigidity.
Sorry Julie I did not see this your first comment so I answered on the second one*smile*

I liked so much your expression; "Hope and inspiration build faith - no matter what its foundation and in turn builds bridges across denial, that spark off seeds of growth, harmony and acceptance of mankind."

Thank you for these well formulated words
Thank you for your words Thomas.
Ì wrote this since I`m a bit curious of the different personal ways people have taken to find their light .colors and love
Maybe their personal storeis can work like a "pathfinder" for others.*smile*
Hi Y'all, Well first I got that 'dark' is not bad or evil - it's just dark - when I began to acknowlege my 'shadow' and it's influence on my life and dialogue with it - what did it need, etc. it became an ally. Adding to my life more love, more light, more peace. Going from the belief that we are not good enough to full accepting self - I believe is the key. When we fully accept ourselves we become more compassionate, tolerant, forgiving and therefore more loving. The kinder self allows peace. What do you think?

I love this space and everyone here who desires peace - we can create it on our lovely, beautiful home this planet, in our lifetime. Love, Rita
Thank you Rita for telling us your point of view.
What do i think? you asked. yes I think I`m a very empathic person who know how to love and to care. Am i "shining" ?No i do not think so, But I do think I still have much to give and to offer not coming from my light but from my heart...
i hope that also will count...*smile*
My way to allow the colours of my own personality both dark and light is to simply be. If I live in peace with myself, harmony is invited to my own life although I live in an environment of dischord, many oppose my view, few will challenge it and healthy debate may well evoke change. However I live by a moral code based in faith, and have learned the hard way that compromising core key values leeds only to a loss of self. If I am true to myself the fluidity of life will ensure that my path will cross with those who may if I so choose add or detract to my life. There will be those ahead of me from which I can glean nuggets of inspiration to build my own faith to evoke development as an individual, those alongside me who will encourage that development and those behind me continually plantings seeds of doubt as to the viability and possibility of the growth and development I pursue. And there in lies the network of life. Every knot in the net signifies a relationship, that will either build up or destroy but I alone determine the level of its impact. Thus if I walk, head held high and set about being the best that I can, seeking to build up rather than destroy, I have the ability make a difference within my sphere. I have the ability make an impact afford acceptance where only rejection resides. I can pass on kindness in the face of cruelty, attention in place of neglect. Indeed I will and have been kicked in the teeth numerous times, but my own traumas in life pale in the significance of the plight of others, Though eminating from a position of selfishness, it serves me well in my struggle of survival. It brings forth the ability to laugh in the face of sorrow, live in the void of death and be at peace in the midst of war. There are many forms of light, natural and artificial they differ in size and impact it is the same with people...
To Julie Veronca. I read your story with interest. hear that you are a person that was not given the light automatically but had to fought for it.. Searched your way and found it. and no are satisfied with your life and pleased just to be. Looks like harmony to be *smile* `

I agree with you that there are many kinds of light. I do not like the artificial, for me honesty is what count. If a person do not know the light and love, better to admit that than try to shine with an artificial light , they are just fooling themselves.

Thank you so much Julie for sharing your thoughts about "your way" with us..
I`m glad for your sake/Gunilla
Hallo Imelda Nice to read your comment . Made me glad *smile*
I also read that you have been given the gift to create You are an artist. That`s maybe why you find your way to the light and the colors. You can through your art process eventually inner pain. often works like "fuel " for artist. *smile*
Yea is there an objective "truth" .or is the "truth" created by mankind like everything else.
I didn`t understand everything you wrote , sorry for my bad English. But I found it interesting your thoughts about the struggle between Truth and Lies. Should like you to develop that thought *smile*
Such a lovely picture. Imelda I guess you are the artist *smile* Thank you for sharing it with us.

But do you really think it`s a free choice? You say";It is our choice to surrender into the Divine Light of the moment or to stay in a state of unconscious awareness which to me is a separation from my soul."

I believe that every human want to be in contact with their soul and they want to feel well and shine.
But they cannot find the way there.. They are somehow trapped in their own tragic history. And they cannot see any way out. They need a "pathfinder" with flashlight to find their way out of the darkness. *smile*

To say it`s a free choice leave too little sympathy and compassion for those who hasn´t succeeded in finding their light.
I say this because this is the group I care the most about and have working all my life with...and for...

Those in the "shadow"
What can I say :) First of all that I`m sorry that my English is not good enough to understand all of your long and well written comment .
Second my picture a Jesus is a bit different. I see a revolutionary man who protested against hypocrisy and falseness. He had temperament, just look at the situation when he throw the pharisees out of the temple.. He was humble and he saw to the poorest in society and he saw the children and he said if we will not become like them we can never join him . Yes he is a role model to me.. He even dared to doubt on the cross; "My father why have you abonndend me"
So he never said it was our own choice. He was a "Pathfinder" who with his light tried to show the way but never judge those who did not find....
