Beautiful photographs

I have started this mainly for Les as he is the photographer amongst us, and this will be a place were we can all visit to see what he has snapped, rather than have then scattered about the group. My postings will mainly be what I have found on the web, I will mark the ones that were taken by either my son or daughter :) If you want to just post a photo, as many as you like, with no explanation that's fine, but if you want to let us know a little more about the image that would be great.

This is a photo that I took yesterday, out the window, of one of the baby deer that live here with us. She was with her mum but the mother deer wondered off before I took the photo.

I think this photo is amazing on so many levels, the bravery of the girl who is being jumped, the skills of the rider, the horse who must be a wonderful being to be trusted so much by the girls and the photographer who is standing in the firing line should there be a mishap. They are British!

Do you remember way back when, we had a conversation about labyrinths? Well I'm at Woodbrooke Quaker Study Centre again today so I've taken some pictures of the one we have here.

What a beautiful photo, is there a fairy hiding there somewhere? It looks as though there should be.

If there was she was hiding very effectively! But I'm not ruling it out...

If the weather's nice again tomorrow I'll take the boat out on the lake - oh sorry, I forgot, that doesn't do anything for you does it.

Oh, and the labyrinth looks the same - I think. When you try to compare them the pattern makes your eyes go funny!
