Compassion doesn't always call for grand or heroic gestures. It asks you to find in your heart the simple but profound willingness to be present, with a commitment to end sorrow and contribute to the well-being and ease of all beings. A word of kindness, a loving touch, a patient presence, a willingness to step beyond your fears and reactions are all gestures of compassion that can transform a moment of fear or pain. Aligning yourself with the path of understanding and compassion, you are learning to listen to the cries of the world,"

Comment by Clicia Pavan on October 5, 2009 at 8:00pm

17 October International Day for the Eradication of Poverty Hunger and extreme poverty is a form of violence against humans
"Remember the poorest people you know, the beings that you've seen more abandoned. Ask if the act or that you plan your way of life is somehow beneficial to them.
If so,these acts will find God.
Gandhi
Throughout his life, Gandhi demonstrated that to fight injustice, the supporters
of non-violence must resist and refuse to cooperate.
He was spokesman for the struggle for human rights and against racism, intolerance and violence, hunger.

October 4 World Animal Day
Gandhi and his love of animals and nature
Now say:think that I could feed the meat of an animal that was killed and
felt the excruciating pain of the knife for me to live? Nature was generous enough,
giving us fruit, vegetables and cereals. Our spiritual destiny is by our
habits. I believe that health depends on a condition of harmony with
everything around us.Overeating is a transgreção this harmony.By abstaining,
We are quietly saying to living things: 'You can be quiet.Do not make him suffer
unnecessarily.Only for me I will take the minimum necessary for my body to live well. " Been
I did.I fasts huge and my health has always been good.
All life is sacred because all that lives part of God. And even the most
insignificant cricket in his rhythmic Teal, is a pulse of divinity,we would not have us
much more reason, to have equal respect for our enemies? I have always believed in
background of the men there is something good. They will say that it is not so. There is cruelty, hatred, death.
Would a few drops of dirty water will be able to pollute the entire ocean? That under
could hardly erase the divine that dwells in us? It seems that Westerners do not believe that
men are naturally good and beautiful. That is why we have become experts in media
coercion and know how to use money and guns as anyone else. That is why we are always
trying to improve the men through additions: the excessive food, clothing unnecessary
the speed of the machine and the complication of life.
I never wanted to know about politics. Just wanted to understand the goodness and his ways.
The policy was a consequence, not inspiration. I would have done the same things, though
there was no effect. Politicians accustomed to using the power of force, unknown
the power of seeds. There will be no delivery if the seed is not planted. There will be no butterfly
if life does not go through long, silent metamorphosis. "

No hacerle sufrir
innecesariamente.
Siempre he creído en
no hubo ningún efecto.
No habrá mariposa
