A100 Pictures, Images and Photos

I have started this mainly for Les as he is the photographer amongst us, and this will be a place were we can all visit to see what he has snapped, rather than have then scattered about the group. My postings will mainly be what I have found on the web, I will mark the ones that were taken by either my son or daughter :) If you want to just post a photo, as many as you like, with no explanation that's fine, but if you want to let us know a little more about the image that would be great.

I don't think I've posted this one before but if I have please forgive the repetition. It was taken from a window of my home, back in June this year.

No... you have not posted it Les, I would have remembered such an amazing photo, I can see why that is the photo that you have on your computer, it's beautiful.

I don't think I have anything like that on mine, I just have a plain blue screen, and a little cat that I have to click on to get to my part of the computer. I will ask Ross about putting a nice picture on mine somewhere.

Sophie got some wonderful footage of the deer yesterday, it's her story so I will let her tell it, but it's lovely.
I look forward to that. I hope she can upload the video.
It's on my desktop, so Ross had just informed me, it's up to me now to do the rest. I will have a go...... watch this space!

Sophie has just told me that she saw 6 deer today galloping passed.... we are so lucky to have them here.
Hi friends this Photo it is not as beautiful as Les's photo..
I took it yesterday from my balcony..

It's just a beautiful Vicky, and wonderful to have a rainbow in it xox
it's a beautiful picture of a rainbow.
It's great Vicky! Not easy to catch a rainbow.
¡Es hermoso, Vicky! No es fácil agarrar un arco iris.

Hi Sue
wanted to just put a little photo here...this one was taken in England! In Cambridge
Have a nice day...here in Italy it is starting to get cold here...and my feet are frozen at the computer. time to get dressed!
Steph
(whoops sort of big....with all these photos in my computer, I just haven't done all the reducing I should...) when they start to wither, just toss them, ok?
They are beautiful, how they have managed to get pink an blue in the same bed is a minor miracle, Les is the flower expert and will enlighten us, but hydrangeas need a certain ph level in the soil to be either blue or pink, or so I believe.

Frozen feet are not nice, where are your slippers?

The pic is fine by me, I don't know how to shrink!
Oh Sue! I'm really not the flower expert, honestly! The best I can suggest here is to look at the following:
Changing the colours of hydrangeas
What I do know is that the one in my front garden is meant to be blue but solidly refuses to change colour. We put in a blue one and it turned pink so fast I thought the elves had crept out in the night and painted it.
Steph, I think your picture must have self-adjusted to the space available since the proportions appear to be ok. I think the original was in 'portrait' format wasn't it?
