stoic anti-imperialism

...When the British are evil, it feels like they INVENTED the stuff.

Implications, insinuations, and then of course, sucking up to their thrice-damned "royalty".

Imperialism, and all the sucking up to the SYSTEM of imperialism, despite the centuries of oppression.

Ghandi barely DID anything important, but the English Raj had to be  SORT of scourged out of India. of course, India had their own problems for CENTURIES. but the arrogance of Imperialism...especially this fool who talks about "BRICS"...it made me realise something.

The arrogant laugh of the greedy taker, the arrogant off-camera, behind the scenes derisive laugh of the sort of person who has a professional, full time way of half-speaking...it took one of the foremost English intellectuals of character and depth to put into a simple term what these owning class Dukes and Earls and other petty Landlords are really up to: Doublethink

according to Wikipedia: Doublethink is the act of simultaneously accepting two mutually contradictory beliefs as correct, often in distinct social contexts.

Doublethink is related to, but differs from, hypocrisy and neutrality. Somewhat related is cognitive dissonance, where the two beliefs cause conflict in one's mind.

So the arrogant off-camera laugh is because of the way i have mentioned before, the way in which when the English are evil, it seems as if they INVENTED THE STUFF.

Does it seem from my words here that I detest the English as a people?  To construe such from these words would be to miss the point entirely.  I am speaking of Imperialism, not of nationality...

it's an evil laugh that you might barely perceive,  somewhere off-camera it sources form, before the political appearance or the hard hitting news analysis. The laugh that says "no matter what we, the owning class, say on the news, we intend to own as many slaves as possible, and the slaves don't have to like it, but they have to get to work making us rich. If we develop a few confusing coded euphemisms to make the bonds that much more restrictive, well, we've done it. the fact that we dominate all we can get our greedy mitts on is the proof of our divine right to rule with this cunning cryptomonarchism we've got. Look, some young girls are watching Prince Harry play American football. Aren't THEY gullible. Harwhr, harwhr."

and that gloating English laughter.

which irritates many of the English too...back to lives of quiet desperation...they are irritated and cowed.

people who live under the tyranny of centuries-old Imperial systems are cowed.  they are bullied into accepting things that limit their lives as individuals and as nations...and the claims of "divine right to rule"  are themselves tyranny.

this is why America has been looked to with hope by other oppressed nations, like Britain and Japan, also a famous, and infamous, and in many historical cases atrociously heinous militant imperialism -

most of the subjects of such imperialisms do NOT directly benefit from what has been unfairly taken by the Imperialist rulers proper.

but the ideas of liberty and justice for all, that noble, shining promise are what attracts other nations to the United States, at least as an idea...in Malaysia, in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, in India, in China and japan, in all the Russian countries and in England, human beings are hungry, desperate for actual fairness and freedom...

the ideas of liberty and justice and fairness are ideas that people like across the board, people of all social castes and ethnicities and walks of life and ages, they like those goals because those are HUMAN goals, HUMAN virtues.

they transcend nationality or nationalism and that fact indeed could be the downfall of the so-called New World Order and of global tyrannies...while the greedy classist of a paragraph ago is gloating over what it has pirated in denial for generations, cruelly projecting all the bile that it can, including that old National Socialist favourite, "Resistance is futile."

BRICS, originally "BRIC" before the inclusion of South Africa in 2010, is the title of an association of emerging national economies:Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.[2]

South Africa? I subtract them from the list.
these imperialist pigs are skilled at creating unjust legislation and covert conspiracies

(like the Counter-Intelligence Program of my parents' generation). they are hated, reviled, and cursed for doing so, but they indifferently make up the conspiracies anyway. watching the crowned heads of the worldsuck up to the new King of Holland...I had to laugh "King of Holland"?

they become like Nazi Robots, themn, these imperialists, thes lazy and immpral human scum who would have nothing without enslavement and tyranny.

for such a lonmg time, now they have been able to shove enslavement and religious morality ontro the slsame categorical group, and people see the illogic, of course...
then the imperialists deny.
the fact that they have used behaviour modifying psychotronics is because they are not actually good enough, wise enough, strong enough to lead effectively...the affront to human dignity creates, at least in theory, a sort of "final revolution" where the people, insulted, ruise up and learn the means of throwing off ALL forms of tyranny once andfor all.

the tyrants find this terminally depressing. good. to hell with them...

Orwell spoke of many centuries of classist oppression when he scrawled into posterity the following words...
To know and not to know, to be conscious of complete truthfulness while telling carefully constructed lies, to hold simultaneously two opinions which cancelled out, knowing them to be contradictory and believing in both of them, to use logic against logic, to repudiate morality while laying claim to it, to believe that democracy was impossible and that the Party was the guardian of democracy, to forget, whatever it was necessary to forget, then to draw it back into memory again at the moment when it was needed, and then promptly to forget it again, and above all, to apply the same process to the process itself – that was the ultimate subtlety; consciously to induce unconsciousness, and then, once again, to become unconscious of the act of hypnosis you had just performed. Even to understand the word 'doublethink' involved the use of doublethink.

Hindsight is 20-20, someone said.
Look into the history of American letters and you will see it.
This is how those who stood with Patrick Henry could still ratify their Constitution of freedom and liberty and equality while justifying slavery. The American Civil War was practically declared in a hundred years' time from the signing of the Independence Declaration: that Declaration was signed by slaveowners and those who found the practice morally repugnant.

yeah

i was born in the United States and do my best to be honest, rather than vainglorious

about American history.   many American citizens think that we need a SECOND bloody revolution,

and we just had that one not so long ago compared to older, more established nations like Egypt and Japan.

i think that Americans need to know more about what tyranny is...

if you read this to think "the writer hates the English," you were wrong and didn't read it carefully, maybe didn't read it at all. i'm a big fan of Sting, Kate Bush and Shakespeare.

this is about imperialism.  as an English speaker who is of African descent

i have every valid reason to separate the imperialists from the people in general.

Johnny Rotten would understand.  you should try to as well.
