Dear friends, there is a big difference between the Philosophy and the religions. Basically Philosophy is a system created by man from his own mind but Religions are systems created by the God and revealed to his prophets to tell us how to live and worship the God. U chose the human system and we chose the God system. What is the God??

God is the creator of everything. He is the Guardian over everything. Unto Him belongs the ownership of the heavens and the earth. Any creature is there on the earth has its provision in the Hands of Allah. He is Allah; there is no God but He. He is the All- Knower of the unseen and the seen. he is the most beneficent and most merciful. He is Allah than Whom there isn’t ( La Ilah Ella Huwa ; none has the right to be worshipped but He ) the King,, the Holy, the Peace, the Giver of security ( to His creation) The Watcher ( or Governing His Creatures ), the All-Mighty, the Compeller, the Supreme. Glory be to Allah ! ( High is He ) above all that they regard as gods with Him. He is Allah, the Creator, the Designer, the Bestower ( Who gives the creations its form and shapes ), to Him belongs the Best Names. All what exist in the heavens earth ( i.e. every thing ) glorify Him as the All-Mighty and Wise. ( 59 / 22 - 24 )

He is the First ( nothing is before Him ) and the Last ( nothing is after Him ), the Most High and Seen ( nothing is Higher than Him and He is seen in every thing ) , the Most Near or Involving ( Nothing is nearer than Him and He is involved in every thing ) and He is the All-Knower of every thing.( 57 - 3 )

Islam rejects characterizing God in any human form or depicting Him as favoring certain individuals or nations on the basis of race or power. He created all the human beings as equals. A man can distinguish himself and get the favor of the God through virtue and piety only.

The creator must be different from these things He created because if He has the same nature, He will be temporal and will therefore need a maker. It follows that nothing is like Him as He stated in the Koran:

There is nothing like unto Him ( 42-11)

He is beyond our capability to view or to imagine:

No vision ( or imagination ) can grasp Him, but His Grasp is over all vision. He is the most Subtle and Cuteous, Well acquainted with all things. ( 6 - 103 )

The Creator is eternal and everlasting. Then His attributes must also be eternal and everlasting. He should not lose any of His attributes nor acquire new ones. If this is so, then His attributes should be absolute.

God has no male or female characters because God is not something like us to say that and when we refer to Him with He, it does not mean male or female but only to refer to the God by His name as the God.

If He has No human characteristics, then please stop calling him HE.

And those prophets were MEN, religions created by MEN... and your words are just words from Babble ON...

God is in your Heart right Now... Awaken Her so you can FEEL GOD not just think about GOD... ALL the MAN created stuff you read and accepted is a LIE...

Awaken your HEART... FEEL... Use your intuition...
Let go of your EGO, and let the HE God GO...

Now unlike you, these are my feeling. Please see the differance between thoughts and feelings.

Now, let us just agree to disagree, thoughts and feelings do not come from the same place.

Feelings, I feel in my GUT and in my SOUL...

How about you? When you get Angry, where do you feel it?

If you believe that all religions are based on the Masculine element, then you have not studied enough about religion. There are thousands of religions and many of them based on female elements. Both types of religion are equally positive and negative. Both have positive and negative attributes to them. There have been female prophets and male prophets throughout history and within many different cultures.

When people examine religion they seem only to remember world religions. This is a mistake as religions have many manifestations throughout the world and in order to adequately understand them you must study many forms and ways of thinking.

You speak of letting go of ego, yet there is much ego in what you have written. As long as your heart beats you cannot let go of ego, but you must understand its place. It has its purpose just like every element of the human condition.

If u kill one innocent human being u are killing the whole humanity. Its God's word.
Gods never permit us killing each other.Neither even gave permission living in bed of roses leaving ur neighbors in bed of nails. lot more

but it must be the heart of the human soul to stop the soul reason of the un happiness that comes from the troubled mind. our egos must die and we be free from it ...to have peace to be as the human being that which compassionate beings must live freely from the in imprisonment of hatred .

God does love us and he wants us to behave and not kill in his name. Any who say that they kill in his name are false profits and are doing the work of the Devil. Thou shall not kill, Thou shall not covet thy neighbors goods.

I do not believe in an active God, but a passive energetic force that binds the universe. This force has no agenda and nor particular personality. Therefore it does not care one way or another what we do. It loves us because we are hopelessly intertwined with its energy is is the one mind, and yet it does not have ego. It is the flow of life energy, and we are the creators through the will we have from the energy. Therefore war, hatred, bigotry, all are a result of our own misunderstanding about our connectedness. We forget we all come from the same source and go back to it regardless of our beliefs and actions.

Dear Michael,
Why u do not believe in an active God. Is it reasonable that this energy is so wise to keep the balance of this universe. Are u study well Astronomy, the anatomy of the human kind, the anatomy of all the creatures in this universe, or only the anatomy of the eye, to claim that this passive energy is the one responsible for all of this balance. I invite u to think well. It is impossible for the chance theory to manufacture something like this universe.
My dear friend, because of the shortage of our mind, we can not imagine that there is wise supreme power (the God) can manufacture this universe and keep it from destroying and hitting each other.

We must think in the proofs of the existence of God and do not think in the nature of this God because we will not reach to any conclusion except disbelieving.

The energy is of endless potential our collective will is what makes up reality. Things are so complex because they draw from infinite potential. Your welcome to believe whatever you wish.

I feel however that if you put your faith in an external active God structure, you miss something important. The energy of God as you call it is within all things including ourselves and is constantly evolving.

Why do we have to prove God does or does not exist? There is never a need to defend truth, because it stands alone, needing no defense.

Particular revelations do not make much sense to me. Why should one man or one group have truth revealed to them over the other. If this God is making judgments of who is worthy and who is not, then he isn't a very good god taking on egotistical sentiments. I true supreme being would not have highly volatile human judgments and emotions.

You say that people can not imagine the power of god, and yet so many people imagine it all the time. Then right books and scripture, they form concepts and ideas about what God wants and what God does not want. How could you possibly know?

Seems to me that the very topic of this post makes the idea of an active God inadequate. In all my reading and studying of Anthropology and Religions over these past several years. I have seen nothing to convince me of anything beyond the binding passive energy that I spoke of in my first reply.

I believe in Life, not a conception of God. I believe in the unifying passive energy that becomes active with our collective will and intentions. Life is constantly creating and unfolding, and as all the scientific evidence shows us, everything is interconnected.

i am with you that the Truth need not be proven. we have to live it and it will be expressed as pure, unconditional love -- acceptance of self and others, affirming the dignity and worth of the self and others, being naturally peaceful and happy.....
