If we come from an accelerating world decelerating into the outer and inner stillness,
firstly we find ourselves in the stillness of our thoughts.
Giving consciousness room and opportunity to spread from a mind-centered focus to the whole body,
to feel again our physical body, the neutral sensation of perceiving and the love from our heart connecting everything.
Such a stillness equals the drop of water, that we are,
in a steadied ocean of the universe, that consists only out of these drops,
and – united as one – together flowing with the streams of life,
thus – still quiet on its surface – reflecting heaven on earth through the beams of the sun.
Going into stillness not only means to be quiet, but foremost also to devote oneself to the holy flow of life.
Whoever immerges into stillness in such a way, gives up the resistance of one's beliefs against here and now
and flows with the rhythmically recurring waves of life.
Similar to a surfer on the wave of life, that can't be deedless nor act beyond the surfboard,
neither look back nor far ahead without loosing the balance in life,
nor stopping to stand up again after a downfall (in order not to be washed away by the mainstream),
neither swim against the holy flow of life without getting tired of it,
so also man has to devote oneself to the tides.
In such an inner an outer tune one can
create and handle every daring feat of surfing through life,
accomplish every expression of oneself even during challenging waves,
and enjoy one's blissful life in the light of the warming sun.
Stand up, it's time (to learn) to go – into stillness.
