Reasons for the leakage of the front reducer gray

If found leaking from the front reducer gray forced type concrete mixer mobile block making machine, the reason is usually the front seal damage for reducer screw conveyor, and replace as follows:

1) Close the valve screw conveyor of concrete batching plant under the silo to ensure no material into the screw conveyor.

2) No-load operation for 3-5 minutes Sicoma MAO Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer, the material discharge screw conveyor tube net.

3) Close the screw conveyor power and electrical power cord is removed.

4) Open the mouth of the inlet and a wooden stick is inserted and secured to prevent falling leaf.

5) Remove the reducer and outer pipe bolts

6) Loosen the sealing cap bolts and then replace the inner cover seals.

7) Reassemble in the reverse order of the above components and ensure correct after connected to the power test machine.

8) Drive unit is mounted on the same method.
