Muslin: the fine Khadi of Undivided Bengal

Gandhi was complete man. His every movement was complete. He succeeded beond border of country or continent. ust not political but his movement included economic, social and so on. Producing textile at cottage was part of his movement and spinning wheel was his weapon for non-violence war. Khadi became the symbol of India. Muslin is not only best textile but also finest textile produced ever. Today finest of fine textile is produced in the cottages of West engal in India and in Bangladesh.  M attached article not only gives details of muslin ut also its history of revival.
