PEACE CULTURE CONFERENCE
IPEACE, WICO AND IFLAC TENTATIVE PROGRAM
Place: Meridian Hotel, Haifa.
Time: March 2009. (Two Day Conference).
PROGRAM
The central theme of the Conference is "Building Cultural Bridges of Conflict Resolution through Communication and Dialogue". Peace Organizations and NGO’s as well as peace lover individuals, Researchers of Conflict Resolution, Leaders of Women Movements, Media Experts, Political Leaders, Writers and Poets, will jointly explore the possibilities of promoting Israeli – Palestinian Peace. We will also exmine the role of culture, literature, poetry, and other means of cultural and artistic expression and communication in guiding our societies towards a more peaceful Middle East.
This innovative PEACE Conference will have Panels of talks and discussions, Roundtables, Lectures, Workshops, etc. with practical Peace Resolutions at the end, that will be sent to the Israeli and Palestinian Governments, and to the International Media and major Governments worldwide. The main goals are to give voice to the Silent Majority that crave for Peace in our region, and to promote the creation of a free and peaceful Palestinian Community.

Panel: Donna, Yigal, Hiba, Neri, Moad, Dalia etc.

An Israeli Palestinian CULTURAL Peace Road That Can Work.
Two Chosen Peace Culture Leaders.
Followed by questions and discussion.

Participants are invited to kindly bring musical instruments, and be prepared to present songs and dances from their own culture.

Note: Each presenter throughout the Conference has up to 20 minutes. Each Panel and Roundtable is followed by 30 minutes for questions and discussion.
