** Introduction:
Center is a non-governmental organization, was created by a group of persons of academics, businessmen and intellectuals who have a common vision is that in developing societies must go together, democracy and development. The most appropriate way to achieve this goal is to raise awareness and teach people the true meaning of the values of democracy and how to respect those values which will help to achieve peace, participation, transparency, rule of law and economic development in countries torn by civil conflicts. Focus on the issues of behavioral change to the health of community life education and concern for the environment.

Goals **
4-1 inculcate a culture of democracy and peace among the population
4-2 to achieve the democratic values of good governance, accountability, transparency, and the raising of the Sudanese people and their civil rights and duties, and encourage them to participate actively in civil society organizations
4-3 to raise awareness and education of the citizen to the effective role in human development, and the requirements of economic development, social and cultural rights. And especially to focus on health promotion, education and behavior change in the themes and issues and focus on community support and emerging Ablatefal.
4-4 meet more attention to issues of transparency in the administration and the economy.
4-5 The use of the knowledge and means of modern technology to assist in capacity building and training projects to create a cadre of civilian actors and creative to solve problems of national development and progress.
** Means
5-1 Training and Educational citizens in all fields of activity center
5-2 to encourage the writing and publishing, research and documentation in the areas concerned by the Center
5-3 conference, Asamnarat, workshops, public lectures and courses that aim to achieve the overall objectives of the Center
5-4 cultural exhibitions and scientific and technical discussions
5-5 Production of technical material and cultural, scientific and documentary
5-6 Mwossat attempt to create a training and research and education to achieve the objectives of the Center
5-7 of cooperation and participation in the activities of national and foreign organizations that have the same projects and goals
5-8 support the mobilization of technical and financial assistance at the national, regional and international levels for the implementation of projects and programs
5-9 to disseminate information about the Center and its activities through various media.
