Artists, musicians, dancers, writers,
of all of these people, how do you feel that YOU comunicate with others differently from people who are not in creative fields?
I'll start off, to show you what I am looking for. I am an artist, and I think that perhaps because of my sensitivity I feel the need to express myself always, and that means also when I am not creating.l
I need to verbally express myself.
However, at times I am so in thought about my creating, and looking to find answers about what step to take next, that I do not feel the need to comunicate much, and don't seek it out.
That's ME. How about you? I am only looking to hear about people in the creative fields, thanks.

Hello!

It seems many creative people are the same..
for me solitude and peace in the nature is a must..
When I create..I am most of the time alone!!

Then I come out socializing..but as we evolve..life takes over ans so the creativness expands to many fields..
somehow it integrates to a way of life.

visual expression is only one part of it..

Meditation..I am blessed finding it and the way I live now I am walking in peace with spirit.

Maybe we all have our own sensitivness and draw towards us people we need in that particular time and where our
thoughts is at that moment!!

I think silence and truth and loves wisdom is the way now for me..I seek not that much fact or verbal expression..
Balanced expression and truthful one. that is making me for now very blessed indeed.

it's not about quataty anymore..it's about quality!

I still think many sensitive artist in differetn field have the sensitivness and openess to accept more
and they are constantly expanding ...

Well I dont know if artist communicate different than others..
but shore has much more potential to meet interresting people to communicate with..

For me, my creative expression is a type of "call and response." I hear the call of a poem or a post on the forums and something in me responds to that. My mode of creation, then is very interactive, even when I am alone to write, as I interact with Source/Spirit/God within me.

and that's just me.

And while I get what you're saying, I had to come to the basic idea that every moment is an act of creation. Every thought, every action, every breath ...by every person...is the act of creating a unique life. To separate out "creative types" as different only detracts from the Truth that every person on the planet is a creator, made in the image and likeness of the Creator, using the same Law with the same creative impulse. We are all creative, and just need to realize that the "palate and the canvas" are different for each of us. Only the mode of creation is unique.

That said, we each communicate our creativity in different ways. I write and draw and, at the same time, am employed in "the real world" as an engineer, which is it's own unique creative expression, with it's own language and end product.

The thing that is common to all acts of creation is that we give something of ourselves to something greater, in both the work and the intended recipients of the work. Something within us NEEDS expression, just as something in the Creator needed expression (and still does!)

Bless this act of creation in peace, joy and full expression!
I really enjoyed both of these comments! Thank you for writing...it gets me thinking even more, and I hope that other creative people respond.
Excuse me for not responding individually but I will read them tomorrow again...here it is midnight and my creative thoughts say "brush your teeth and get to bed! Tomorrow is another busy day!"
thanks
