Over the past several months, I have been feeling more and more of a need to respond to the anxieties, fears and frustrations I hear from my friends, family, colleagues and the world in general over the state of the world, including things like the current economic climate and incidents of recent violence, especially in Gaza. In my heart of hearts I believe the solutions to all of these issues lie within each one of us, and that when we each tap into and energise our own inner peace, we will start the wave of social reform that can bring about peace at a global level.
