I hope that we are not the leaves on a deciduous tree, to be blown away by the cold autumn winds; but rather be the green needles of the conifer tree, unperturbed by either winter's assault or the hot summer sun.
thanks for your amswer! What I mean, it's that all the different races come from the same tree. Of course leaves die and fall down, but new leaves are coming. Iself, I am an old leave who will fall down (when?), but the daugther of my daugther (5 years old) is a new leave, near the daugters or Barack OBAMA...They speak swahili together!?..
I leave you, dear friend. Jean VIORA-PERRIN, from Nice (FRANCE).
Sorry for not replying sooner. I am a 'newby' to this site and only discovered today that I had a message.
I am a pretty old leaf myself (62). My fear is that the human race will destroy itself (read all the leaves on the tree) as we are destroying the planet. Perhaps there will be a new spring where our descendants will survive the winter, perhaps not. The Creator alone knows our fate; nevertheless, we must try our best to reform our sick society with love, peace and understanding.
I also believe we are all leaves of the same tree. This would be the tree of life, where there are many branches that makes us all united and interrelated.Yes our leaves fall off but they dont really leave us,they recycle and rejoin us in new life.Im proud to be a leaf on this tree.
