Stillness of the mind alone can enable you to realize the presence of God within and without you. The practice of concentration is essential. We must strive to make the mind dwell upon God by thinking of Him and His attributes, and by offering ourselves entirely to Him in thought, word and deed.

If we do this by taking His holy name, we shall be able to obtain the peace that we aspire for and retain it for all time.
