Hi all, I transcribe here an excerpt of a conversation I have recently in another group...We were talking about fear of dying...I would love to hear your opinions about this topic...Love, Abelia

"I will try to express what I really feel...
Fear of death...We are all going to die...we are here just for a while...playing, laughing, crying...and inevitably this 'show' will end...If we are ok, and with most of our loved ones around us, perhaps we can 'play this show', and then see what happens'...Sometimes we see how some loved 'partners' dissapear from the scenario...When illness, horror, death touch in our door...questions arise strongly...and that's not bad...for me suffering is one of the best teachers for opening our conscience...

I imagine a circus at night...the lights are on and the actors doing their show...Some of them 'know' that they are not the charachter they are representing...that when the lights are off...they will continue living as a being...perhaps they will come again in the next show...
Some of the actors don't know...are afraid of asking...are afraid of questioning themselves...
What happens when this show ends??...and so they do as 'nothing happens'...we are NOT going to die...this show is not going to end...let's try to enjoy as much as we can during the show...(but the fear is inside, silently hidden in their subconscious...acting...generating responses...generating reactions...)

I liked very much what XX said: "Proof is an individual experience"...I agree profoundly with him...
I think that for those 'actors' that know that this show is not the end of their existences, proof is something they don't need...they simply 'know'...
For the others...proof may be is not a 'bad word'...perhaps is the door in the scenario that shows them that life goes on behind the 'veil'...
This is a personal opinion...but I'm convinced that most of the people really 'don't know'...I see around me, very religious people, that sometimes when death or illness arrive, their 'beliefs' aren't able to contain their fear of death...it jumps...they are without any orientation...desperate...facing an inminent death as the worse of the calamities...

So...Why can't we take a little bit the curtain?...Talking about each personal experience...Sharing what each of us have seen?...It may bring "HOPE" (not proof)...it may bring curiosity to reach the scenario's limit and look by themselves...inside themselves...with hope in finding something...
(I see so many people trying to distract from themselves, to run away from themselves...buying, accumulating titles, material possessions, iniciating disputes...all for that big Fear inside their shadows...)

I also believe that the 'circus' has a big cage around, made of solid wooden posts...that are there since long time ago... generations ...our 'beliefs'...our rigid beliefs that we only occasionally are able to question... Is it really impossible to watch through the holes in-between our beliefs? To receive some Light from behind the curtain?...

Love and light for all, Abelia"

I feel, we are not going to die, but in fact - according to me - we are dead and fear falling into life. What a brainwashing job has been done on us.

Love and respect.
