Hi all, Mary Rose, I like very much your idea of Science as a valid road...Liked your words: "So, we have some pretty heavy stuff today, demonstrating that science is a far more reliable means of determining what reality is..."
I'm also in that way...I am very interested in NDE and in Children who claim to remember past lives cases...I found great Ian Stevenson's research in that topic...Two books that I found really interesting are "Children who remeber previous lives" and "20 cases suggestive of Reincarnation", both by Ian Stevenson...I would like to share with all of you a short video about this children's cases...(let's try to low a bit our 'fear of death' ;-))
Love, Abelia

Zenmanz, and All, this is a very impressive video. Also watched the other two in this series. And, I have read many of Gregg Braden's books as well as have personal contact with cellular biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton, author of "The Biology of Belief - The Science of How Thoughts Control Life" who sent me all of his material and has reviewed almost everything i have written so far on my book: "The Sacred Quest for the Who of I Am," Science today is a very valid field as it is now possible to measure the subtle energy vibrations that make up not only all material things, including what appears to be solid rock, but thoughts as well. Much of the instrumentation for this having been constructed for use by NASA in order to fill the need to both keep in contact with and measure the vital signs of the astronauts while in space. A pioneer in the field of subtle energy vibrations is Dr. Valerie V. Hunt, author of Infinite Mind - Science of the Human Vibrations of Consciousness. Dr, Hunt, holding advanced degrees in physiobiology and psychology from Columbia, was the first to discover vibrational patterns in pain, disease, and illness, and in emotional and spiritual states of mind. As well, she was the first to discover evidence of individualized signatory field signatures and subtle energetic happenings between individuals and within groups. Dr. Hunt recently received a grant for several million dollars with which to develop an "aura reader" which could be used by a physician to detect disease in a patient before it entered the body tissue.

Another very important book is: "The Field" by Lynne McTaggart also the author of "The Intention Experiments". In The Field, McTaggart documents the work of quite a few prominent scientists working in the field of human consciousness, including those of Fritz Albert Popp, Hal Puthoff, Karl Pribram, and other noted physicists conducting research at the quantum level which may be the most accurate means of understanding the human, the Earth and the Universe. In his book: "The Universe in An Atom," His Highness The Dalai Lama, reveals that the atom, the cell, the earth and the universe are but replicas of one another differing in scale. To understand one element is to have knowledge of the whole. He also reveals that Buddhism is based in quantum physics and is working with the Mind/Life Institute to achieve even greater understanding of the whole. He has also said that should science reveal anything conflicting with Buddhism that science will prevail. So, we have some pretty heavy stuff today, demonstrating that science is a far more reliable means of determining what reality is and what it isn't than any other means. So many of the people I know, who are well versed in science and biology today, are moving from a religious faith-based belief system into a science-based system which does away with the mythology and puts a solid verifiable basis in its place. Which is comforting for people today who are looking for something solid enough to really "hang their hat on" so to speak -- particularly when the world is swirling around us in the chaos of today. And, instead of looking for the nearest church or temple, more and more people are studying Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or Yoga and taking up Transcendental Meditation while seeking out an "energy healer." So, shift is definitely happening. One focus of the Future Dawning.org site i am currently in the process of launching is to bring together the human consciousness movement, the sustainable living movement and the women's movement in order to provide more momentum to The Shift and to make it more visible. By uniting these three larger movements, it is felt that the other smaller movements will fall into place along side the larger ones, thus enhancing the coherence pattern and strengthening the whole as we move into the future.

While I quote from many texts, it is important that we circulate the videos far and wide. If a picture is worth a thousand words then a video is at least a hundred times better. But what is also important is the thousands of references we now have, with scientists verifying one another's work by the thousands, and leaving little doubt as to the veracity of the information provided. We are on very solid ground with this today. . .

Mary Rose, I agree with you...I have a great respect of all people that are in different religions...I believe that some of us go into religions 'because' of the fear of death...
religions for me are not good or bad in themselves...there are a lot of beautiful religious people and also beautiful people that have a great sense of life that don't believe in God or live their spirituality in a different way...Same with science...not good not bad...scientifics with an open mind can be great...those with rigid beliefs can make a lot of harm too...Just some thoughts...

With regard to Abelia's concern for death and the fear of, both the study of the New Science and the New Biology reveal that death is but an illusion as is life itself when considered from the Quantum point of view. I read something the other day, which if i recall correctly, was contained in one of Gregg Braden's books which said: "Everything is looking more and more like one big thought."
I feel also that most religions use the fear of death and of other things as a tool
with which to control others and force them into "goodness" - a ploy that never seems to work. Those who invented Christianity left out "reincarnation" as a way of maintaining an infinite life; however, science is now reinforcing the idea that life continues only, limited only by the boundaries we ourselves set. Have not as yet had time to view the video.

WE are Gods in the Flesh............
Religion is for those who need to be held by the hand and told what to do and what to think and feel.
Religion has been very successful in seperating us from our true nature.
Check this out..........hope you like it!
