Where should we start to achive peace?

Peace is defined as: a state of calm and quiet; freedom from disturbing thoughts; and an agreement to end hostilities in the environment.Now the point of focus is that why this peaceful environment is not achieved yet, even we all wants this.My idea about this is that we all wants peace through out the world but a common man thinks that he alone can't bring peace in this world,so he even dont dare to try for that. But if everybody thinks like that how this peace can be achieved .Atleast we can try to bring peace in our sorrunding environment if not for whole world and I am sure if everybody thinks like that one day we will definately achieve peace in this whole world.
We can all contribute to creating a culture of peace. Building peace requires following through on the principles of good communication: be clear when stating your position; aim to resolve differences by treating others with respect; listen, don’t argue angrily or fight; be open to different viewpoints and alternatives; and finally be optimistic that good will come out of a non-violent approach. Peacebuilding happens at the international level but also at the grassroots level.

At an international level, peace-building refers to both nonviolent conflict resolution and the process of creating and sustaining peace after violent conflict, by providing an alternative to violence and conflict through communication, problem-solving and preventative measures and we can reach to this stage after we achive peace at lower level ie internally,socially and environment around us.
Maintaining international peace and security requires respect for fundamental human rights.It requires that you should love life of all other people as much as you love for yours.
