Just a thought, before fading out today's online activities and tucking to bed - blogs are optimally about conversation. Even more so, forums are. So far, only David Califa and ricis responded to one of my two conversations above.

And NONE have responded on my suggestion to create a Peaceblogger Meme. Either here on the group, or in my posting in the main blog stream.

So far I have seen a pattern with groups here on iPeace.

They get created.

The one's with a great core topic get alot of members.

Single comments come to a stream, especially in the beginning.

And then, maybe ending up in top ten in number of users, the conversation and activity in the specific group fade out. Peace Musicians went that way. I don't want Peace Bloggers go the same.

How can this draw-back of community life that obviously occur be prevented?

See my profile for links and contributions I made today to the main community blog (my blog here), and one comment I made to a great post about peace-making in Middle East.

I just wonder - where are the conversations vibrant here on iPeace? Where are the long threads? Help me out - I seem to have missed them out...

Peace,
Anders
(choosing to post on the wall, even if this would have best be fit in the discussion board or the main blog/forum - but here are peace bloggers, meaning active social media users with experience of social media to co-ponder these questions)

this is my blog
My blog is in two languages, Italian and English. It talks about art and travel.
These are two subjects that can help peace.....perhaps artists are already more peaceful than many...we see into things, we try to understand things and we want to share our emotions with others, and like receiving emotions through creativity. Travel is a way to open our eyes to what is new, and accept things we didn't know before. This new experience of iPeace really gets one thinking.

Thank you David and hi everyone! I think it's wonderful that we can have a chance to join such an excellent group! I certainly pray that one day our world will be united in peace, for with all the weaponry available it wouldn't take much to destroy our world! We must gather together all those who want peace and fight for it not with our fists but with our minds and our hearts!
