His Holiness the Dalai Lama offering his unique support to the victims of the worst typhoon to hit Taiwan in over fifty years.

His mission here was anything but political as he offered sincere and heartfelt prayers and comfort to the predominantly Buddhist and Taoist peoples of southern Taiwan based on compassion for those in need.

All this not withstanding, it has been very interesting to observe just what has come out of the woodwork and from who politically regarding His Holiness' special visit. Rather than expressing thanks and understanding, they complain and criticize....

We thank you, Dalai Lama, for your outstanding care and humanity for all living beings. We thank you for your sharing with the people of Taiwan in their hour of need. Yours is a shining example of what a true leader should be.

Good Karma This is a nice reading, but short . Enjoy! This is what the Dalai Lama has to say for 2009. All it takes is a few seconds to read and think over.
Namaste

We speak peace, we love to display those who project peace but do we
give peace. Peace does not come by restraint of the things you do but the things you do in peace is as a result of the manifestation of the life of peace in your heart, and that comes from the living God, the souce of all peace.
