John Lennon and Yoko Ono used their honeymoon at the Amsterdam Hilton, in March 1969, as a "Bed-in for Peace" that attracted world-wide media coverage. At the second "Bed-in" in Montreal, in June 1969, they recorded "Give Peace a Chance" in their hotel room. The song was sung by over half a million demonstrators in Washington, D.C. at the second Vietnam Moratorium Day, on 15 October 1969.

This group is dedicated to a shining star of iPeace ~ Beverley Anne Jones

John made a statement about a flying pie coming down from the sky. I think Paul McCartney released an album by that name with the story. It looks like Paul and Yoko may have worked out their differences, at least enough to work together.

Flying Pie? LOL!, If Pie Could Fly... Wow... That Gets You Thinking, Lol. It Makes Me Think Of Food. I Think ''Watching The Wheel's'' Is A Good Song Too, But I Like Both. My Favorite Song Is Imagine, I Think It Was John's Popularist Song. ''Imagine'' Is Also Writen On John's Grave, John Has A VERY Pretty Grave. Iv'e Never Been To It, But Romor Has It, That Yoko Watches From Her Window. I Think That's REALLY Sad, ='-(. I Hope I Can Get To N.Y, I Wish, Lol. I Only Have Pictures Of John's Grave, I Wish He Was Alive, ='-(

I don't think so, it was close to watching the wheels.

You're not thinking of that Flying pie thing are you?
Comment by Michael C. Dewey on May 22, 2009 at 4:16am
That might have been it. For some reason I keep thinking it was watching the wheels which I remember sadly the day after his death.

How many people see though that his Revolution song was not about Revolution but changing minds?

It was a lot like watching the wheels but I can't put a finger on what it was. Maybe it was starting over.

Grow Old With Me? New York City? Mind Games? Mother? When I Was Younger? Strange Day's? First Time In My Life? Watching The Wheel's? Uhh... Imagine? Give Peace A Chance? Love? Two Of Us? Hmm... The Dream Is Over? Um.... Working Class Hero? Stand By Me? (Just Like) Starting Over? Oooo!... I KNOW! It's (Just Like) Starting Over, That Was Before & After He Died. It Came Out After He Died, I Think. That's Why Everytime I Listin To It, It Makes Me Cry. Peace - Renee
